January window capture Fabián Orellana gave his first words as a Valencia player during today's presentation. The Chilean said he was in no doubt about where he wanted to play following his bust-up with Celta coach Eduardo Berizzo.
"I want to thank Valencia for putting their faith in me. I had many offers but as soon as I found out about Valencia's interest, coming here became a priority. The only thing I wanted was to come here".
In the past
Berizzo: "I'd prefer to leave everything that happened in Vigo in the past".
Santi Mina: "I've spoken with Santi and he told me that it's a great group. I've known him since he was in Vigo. He's a hard-working guy and very humble. I helped him when he was in Vigo and I hope he'll do the same for me here".
Conflictive reputation: "I don't really speak much to people I don't know. I have been given a tag as being conflictive but I am not like that with my friends. I know I can't get along with everybody".
Favoured position: "Any of the attacking positions - I really don't mind. I will settle into wherever the coach wants to field me".
