Nike uploaded a picture of Cristiano Ronaldo as a child, accompanied by the message: ‘The boy knew’. The only problem was that the photo was cropped, and ‘the internet’ soon began to realise.
Upon viewing the original photo, the reason for cropping it becomes clear. Ronaldo is wearing a sweater made by Adidas, Nike’s main competitor, with the logo slap-bang in the middle of his chest.
