The winger is not happy with how the club treated coach Thomas Tuchel: "I'm very disappointed because he was a coach who really built my confidence".

Barcelona attempted to sign the France international last season when he was still on the books at Rennes. In the end he decided to join Dortmund where he would have more chances of gaining experience in Europe. He was one of the team's key players last season and practically played every game. He ended the campaign with 6 goals and 13 assists in Bundesliga, 2 goals and 6 assists in the Champions League and a further 2 goals and 2 assists in the German Cup.
