PSG create space for Neymar: Aurier and Matuidi close to exit
The right back appears highly likely to join Manchester United despite concerns about his legal situation in the UK, while Juventus are keen on the midfielder.
The exit door at PSG is open in order to create a space for Neymar in the dressing room at the Parc des Princes.
Aurier to Manchester United could be legally complicated
The Brazilian’s arrival in Paris appears increasingly imminent, with the club already organising his presentation to the fans. That development has served to emphasis the precarious position of some current players at the Ligue 1 club, most notably Serge Aurier and Blaise Matuidi.
Various reports in the English media are taking it as certain that the roguish right back will join Manchester United. His place at PSG has been threatened by the arrival of Dani Alves from Juventus.
That said, Aurier’s legal situation in the United Kingdom is complicated. The British authorities denied Aurier entry to the country in November 2016, when PSG visited Arsenal in the Champions League. The reason was a conviction in France incurred for assaulting a police officer outside a Paris nightclub. The UK does not form part of the Schengen Zone, and as such, was able to deny Aurier entry on account of his misdemeanors.

Le Parisien stated this weekend that his ban from crossing the English Channel has been lifted, while other French sources claim that it remains in force.
Juventus consider Matuidi
Meanwhile, reports in the Italian media suggest that Juventus are keen on midfielder Blaise Matuidi. The Turin-based club consider Matuidi to be a strong reinforcement in the centre of the park, but his age, 30, means his arrival would be at odds with the policy of rejuvenating the squad with young players.
