Dani Ceballos spoke with Spanish radio station, Cadena SER, following his impressive performance for Spanish U-21 national side. In the interview he was asked about some other news making headlines, that of rumours around a potential transfer of Neymar Jr from PSG to the Spanish capital.

Real Madrid stars open doors to Neymar Jr

"The best players have to be at Madrid and Neymar is one of them," said the Rojita hat-trick hero. "If the captain says it, then I too open the doors to him at Madrid."

This statement comes on the back of those made by Los Blancos' captain Sergio Ramos who was speaking on the Spanish programme El Larguero. Ramos was asked about the potential transfer of the ex-Barcelona player and said:

"Without doubt I would like to have him at Madrid, he is one of the best, he makes a difference. I open the doors for him".

Central midfielder, and Brazilain teammate, Casemiro, was asked a similar question on El Partidazo de la Cope. His response was simple: "Neymar would be welcome at Madrid."

"I had that feeling that everything I did was good. I got my first goal and from then on I enjoyed the game until the end."
