James Rodríguez: Juventus set to hold talks with agent in Dubai
Juve sporting director Fabio Paratici is expected to sit down with Jorge Mendes, the agent of Bayern Munich's on-loan Real Madrid player.
James Rodríguez is again in the Italian media spotlight over Juventus' interest in signing the midfielder, who is currently on loan at Bayern Munich from Real Madrid.
James was recently tipped for a January switch to the Serie A champions, but with such a move now looking all but an impossibility, the Bianconeri are reportedly ready to go all out for the Colombia international at the end of the season.
Juve sporting director set for Mendes talks in Dubai
Tuttosport claims that Juventus sporting director Fabio Paratici will hold talks with the player's agent, Jorge Mendes, at this week's Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai, where both are due to be in attendance.
Indeed, the Turin daily says that the Vecchia Signora are now in pole position to secure the star's services next season, either by signing him from Bayern - who have a 42m-euro purchase option on the 27-year-old - or from parent club Madrid.
Marcelo, Isco also tipped for Turin switches
Madrid pair Marcelo and Isco are said to be Juve's other two major summer targets.
