Has joining Atlético helped you recover your self confidence? "It's clear I needed to get my confidence back, I'd been through a bit of a rough moment but there's no point going over what's in the past. I'm where I've eanted to be for some time. I'm grateful to Simeone and to the national team coach for the faith they's shown in me and it's all thanks to them that I am rediscovering my level".

Spain's objectives: "We wanted to be in the Final Four [of the Nations League], but now are facing another important challenge - booking our place at Euro 2020 which is a more prestigious competition. The important part begins right now, it's a nice challenge for us and we have to make sure we're qualified as soon as we can".
