Wayne Rooney lost it again after he was taken off in the 72nd-minute of DC United's 1-0 defeat against Vancouver Whitecaps. First, the DC United captain exploded against the 4th official, letting him know the MLS refereeing is not living up to his standards saying "Every f***ing game" before he went to the bench.

Rooney talked to the Daily Hive after DC United 1-0 loss to Vancouver saying he's not happy with the MLS referees. "I have my opinions of the referees. It's not very good. I feel they need to improve the game. I got kicked, and the referees do nothing. All I'm asking for is a bit of protection. I feel it's happening game after game. It'd be nice if Mr. Howard Webb came down to the training ground to speak with us to get some clarification."

However, Wayne Rooney's rant didn't stop there, as the Manchester United legend took to twitter to also criticize the MLS travel arrangements since there are no charter flights like the ones he's used to.

"Gutted about result last night. We deserved more. Looking forward to a 12 hour travel day which could be done in 6 but hey this is MLS. We will get ready for Red Bulls Wednesday. #Charterflights #msl."

Last MLS season

This will be Wayne Rooney's last MLS season as the DC United striker will go back to England as a player-coach with Derby County.

DC United is currently in 4th place and over the playoff line of the Eastern Conference with 39 points.
