Emerging reports suggest that, once again Raja Casablanca are in trouble following yesterday's Covid-19 tests with results suggesting that only 10 first team squad players are ready for the game in Cairo.

Raja's squad underwent covid-19 testing yesterday to confirm the names that will be travelling to Cairo to represent the Moroccan giants in the second leg of the African Champions League semi-final against Egyptian Zamalek on Sunday.

The test results have shown that only 10 players out of 24 are covid-19 free and ready for the clash with only two players having recovered who are Ayoub Nanah and Elias Hadad while 2 more people have contracted the virus; a player and a member of the administrative staff.

The face-off was previously postponed by CAF as per a request from the Moroccan side whose squad had been severely hit with Covid-19 infections.

Raja's spokesperson Ayoub Wahby stated that the date of the team's flight to Cairo hasn't been decided yet, and will be confirmed following conducting the final covid-19 testing, pointing out that the squad's flight might be delayed until Friday.
