Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul: What's Paul's boxing record?
YouTuber Logan Paul is to take on undefeated boxing great Floyd Mayweather Jr in a February 2021 exhibition bout - and his record is not quite as stellar as his opponent's.
YouTube personality Logan Paul is to fight boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr in 2021, in an exhibition bout that pits two men with contrasting records against each other.
Floyd Mayweather undefeated, Logan Paul 0-1
While Mayweather, 43, is a five-weight-division world champion and retired from professional boxing with a perfect record of 50-0, Paul has appeared in just one pro bout, which he lost to fellow YouTuber KSI in November 2019.
Paul, 25, also faced KSI in an August 2018 amateur clash, which was declared a draw.
Mayweather’s last professional fight came in August 2017, when he defeated mixed martial artist Conor McGregor in what was the Irishman’s maiden boxing bout.
First million PPV tickets sold for $24.99
The Mayweather-Paul fight is scheduled for 20 February 2021, at a venue that is yet to be confirmed. It is to be streamed live by Fanmio Boxing on a pay-per-view basis, with the first one million tickets selling at a reduced price of $24.99.
This fee will then initially rise to $39.99, before increasing to $59.99 on 29 December and $69.99 on 11 February.
Mayweather tells Paul to "find some Barbie dolls to play with"
Paul seems unlikely to pose much of a challenge to Mayweather despite being almost 20 years younger - and in November was warned by his opponent that he should "find some Barbie dolls to play with" rather than taking him on in the ring.
"These YouTube girls better find some Barbie dolls to play with cause I’m not the one for the kid games," Mayweather tweeted. "3 years ago a fighter from the UF said my name and I had to put a muzzle on that bitch. Logan Paul can get the same treatment".
In response, Paul wrote on Instagram: "Big tweet from a little man."

Paul's brother Jake on Tyson-Jones undercard
Paul’s younger brother Jake, also a well-known YouTuber, boxed against NBA player Nate Robinson in Las Vegas in late November, as part of the undercard for the bout between legendary fighters Mike Tyson and Roy Jones Jr.
That match-up ended in a stunning knockout by Paul.
