Tottenham coach Jose Mourinho said his side were not caught by surprise by Dynamo Zagreb, who managed to score three second half goals  at home in the second leg of their Europa League last-16 tie to overturn Spurs' 2-0 advantage from the first leg in London.

Despite the 2-0 cushion, Mourinho said he told his players before the game to "play to win". And even after the harrowing defeat -- which Spurs goalkeeper Hugo Loris labelled a "disgrace" -- the Portuguese coach praised his players for their "desire", "professionalism" and "attitude".

The result sees Spurs crash out of the Europa league in stunning fashion, as the Croatian club march on to the quarter-finals after a game that will go down as one of their greatest-ever achievements in Europe.
