Elite Soccer Congress event: what is it and how to be part of it?

The ESC event will be held on 9 and 10 June 2021, with speakers including Juan Carlos Osorio, Marcelino and Diego Cocca, among others. The entrance fee is 60 euros.

Fútbol-Táctico Group and Diario AS have teamed up to organise the Elite Soccer Congress, an event that takes place on Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 June 2021. Taking part are renowned managers, former players, fitness coaches, sports psychologists, analysts, technical consultants, directors and senior management of European and US clubs and national teams, while all the presentation can be accessed in either Spanish or English.

What is the Elite Soccer Congress?

Elite Soccer Congress is a virtual congress aimed at coaches of any sporting discipline, managers, players, sports analysts, fitness trainers, sports psychologists and journalists.

The event, which will have the support of Madrid’s Universidad Europea which will certify the 2021 congress, will be presented by Ramón Fuentes and will include journalists from Diario AS, the official media outlet for the congress and a reference in the sporting press across Spain and America.

Who will be at the congress?

Among the speakers offering their knowledge, experience, advice and methods to those who register for the event, are current and former managers Marcelino García (Athletic Bilbao), Juan Carlos Osorio, Carlos Carvalhal (Sporting Braga), Diego Cocca (Atlas FC), Rita Guarino (Juventus Femenino), Paco López (Levante), Jagoba Arrasate (Osasuna), Sergio González (ex-Real Valladolid) and Carlos Inarejos (Al-Shabab).

The congress will also be attended by professional analysts, fitness trainers and directors from Chilean, Brazilian and Spanish clubs. In addition, during the event, Francisco Maturana will present the Elite Soccer Congress Award to Luis Fernando Montoya, a 2004 Copa Libertadores champion with Once Caídas.

How can I participate in the event?

Fútbol-Táctico Group will be in charge of the streaming production of the congress presentations, which can be viewed live or via the recorded version up to 72 hours after the end of the event. This allows those registered to enjoy the content without it interfering with their work schedules or time differences no matter where they are around the globe.

Each speaker's presentation will last approximately 45 minutes and once completed there will be a 15-minute question and answer session. The presentations by the Italian authors can be heard in the native tongue or you can choose to have them translated into English or Spanish.
