When is the Pro Bowl 2022? Where is the Pro Bowl 2022?

As the playoff race heats up, thoughts must also turn to the 2022 Pro Bowl. Effectively the annual all-star game for the NFL, players are voted into the Pro Bowl by the coaches, the players themselves, and the fans. Each group's ballots count for one third of the votes. Fans can take part by voting online at the NFL's official website, which will give them up to six votes per position.

Unusual in sports, the NFL holds their all star exhibition match at the end of the season, rather than in the middle of it. This is due to the nature of the game where injury is far more likely and players’ bodies need that extra bit of time to heal. It would not be fair to any team if they had to donate their biggest and brightest stars to a meaningless exhibition just as the playoff race was beginning.

Eighty-eight players will be selected for the 2021 season’s game, to be held on Sunday, February 6th in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium. But the Pro Bowl is more than just a game. The Pro Bowl is a true football exhibition, allowing fans far more access than they might otherwise expect to the game’s biggest stars. There is an exciting week of activities lined up, with Pro Bowl week resembling a street fair as the NFL brings free experiences and activities focused on celebrating football at all levels to Las Vegas.

What is on in Vegas?
