Actress and model Cara Delevingne showed up to this year’s Oscars red carpet event sporting a dramatic, floor-length red gown. Delevingne will be presenting at the awards ceremony later in the evening.

The jaw-dropping red ballgown in question is designed by Elie Saab from their 2021 Fall/Winter Collection. It complements the actress’ glamorous makeup and shimmering Bulgari jewelry perfectly.

The one-shouldered dress is a deep crimson color, with a high leg slit and a ruffled shoulder bow detail. Delevingne’s hair is slicked back, with the hairdo’s simplicity highlighting the extravagance of the gown.

The actress was styled for the event by Mariel Haenn and Rob Zangardi.

Delevingne’s opulent old Hollywood look has Oscar viewers in awe, applauding the model’s bold fashion comeback. Fans took to all forms of social media to show their love for Delevingne.

Cara Delevingne makes first public appearance since sobriety announcement

The ‘Only Murders in the Building’ star recently revealed in an interview with Vogue editor Chioma Nnadi that she has been making an effort to stay sober. She spoke about her mental health and overcoming addiction throughout various points in her life.

“You don’t recover, and that’s okay… I prefer ‘healing’ because I’m constantly doing it,” Delevingne commented on her journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

“Treatment was the best thing. It was always something I was very scared of, but I think I needed that community.”

Delevingne found this community at the Cirque Lodge rehab center, a celebrity favorite when it comes to recuperating from the effects of addiction. She left the center in late January, and is already glowing in her red carpet appearances.

“To anyone out there still struggling, don’t give up, you are not alone,” Delevingne shared in a heartfelt message on her Instagram, alongside her Vogue cover.
