Drake’s worst nightmare: Will Kendrick Lamar perform “Not Like Us” in the Super Bowl Halftime Show?
With mystery surrounding the Compton rapper’s setlist, it’s not clear if his ‘Not Like Us’ Drake diss track will get an airing.

For a few hours on Sunday night, New Orleans will become the sporting epicentre of the world as the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs will face off in Super Bowl LIX.
The Eagles are looking to avenge their defeat at the hands of the Chiefs two years ago with the side from Kansas City looking to complete a historic third back-to-back Super Bowl win.
The Halftime show has now become a central part to the Super Bowl ‘package’ and this year, rapper Kendrick Lamar will perform during the interval.
Drake ‘beef’
In 2024, both Lamar and Canadian rapper Drake hit the headlines as a tense confrontation between both hip-hop stars played out online and via a series of ‘diss’ tracks.
One of the key tracks to form part of this hostility was the Compton born’s ‘Not Like Us’. In the 4:34 track Lamar questions Drake’s integrity and accuses him of paedophilia and sexual misconduct, leading many to question whether the smash hit, which earned Kendrick several Grammy Awards, will be included in his setlist for the half-time show.
Despite Drake filing a defamation lawsuit against Universal Music, Fox Sports maintains that the 37-year-old will in fact perform roem confirmed that Kendrick Lamar will perform ‘Not Like Us’ but ahead of the show in New Orleans, it is not clear if Lamar will amend the allegedly defamatory lyrics about Drake as part of the live show.
