Elon Musk stopped Warner firing Amber Heard from ‘Aquaman 2′
The technology mogul threatened the company to “turn everything upside down” if the actress did not return as Mera in ‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom’.

It’s been a busy few days at Warner and DC, for a change. And after confirming that the components of the cinematic Justice League will not return in their roles as part of James Gunn’s new DCU, Now it has come to light that Warner Bros. intended to fire actress Amber Heard for her media and judicial scandal with Johnny Depp, something that In the end it didn’t happen. There were also claims that the studio and director James Wan discussed dropping the actress from the sequel due to her lack of chemistry with Momoa.
However, Mera is present in the next Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom - thanks to Elon Musk himself. This is what the media reports after echoing the technology magnate’s alleged threats to “turn everything upside down.”
At least two Amber Heard scenes were cut from “Aquaman 2” — an action sequence that found Mera fighting Black Manta (Yahya Abdul-Mateen II) and a love scene with Jason Momoa — according to individuals familiar with the production. https://t.co/O3cY1HXMT8 pic.twitter.com/jWNmdZL4dg

Elon Musk’s threat to Warner
Amber Heard and Elon Musk were a couple for a while a few years ago, although they ended up breaking up. However, both seem to maintain a cordial relationship; or so it emerges from the actions taken by the technology magnate in favor of his ex-partner, going so far as to threaten Warner Bros. through a letter where it was read that he was going to “turn everything upside down up” if Amber Heard was finally fired and did not appear in the 'Aquaman' sequel.

And Warner Bros. did cut off professional relations with Johnny Depp in Fantastic Beasts 3 as a result of the scandals with Amber Heard, being replaced in the third part of the Harry Potter universe saga by the actor Mads Mikkelsen, implying that Warner took an interested position in this matter, firing one of the parts while supporting the other.
Notes from Amber Heard's therapist, Dr. Dawn Hughes, describe a hostile “Aquaman” set where an allegedly intoxicated Jason Momoa dressed like Depp and pushed to have Heard booted from the role of aquatic superhero Mera.
