However, not everyone was impressed. Noel Gallagher, frontman of the recently reunited Oasis, didn’t mince words about the show. In an interview on UK radio station talkSPORT, he said, “I had to switch it off... it was absolute nonsense.” He further criticized the spectacle, saying, “There were like 300 people getting out of a car in the first two minutes.”

Gallagher’s disdain for the performance is particularly striking given Lamar’s known appreciation for Oasis, with him being spotted wearing the band’s ‘Supersonic’ T-shirt on multiple occasions. Despite this, Gallagher remains unimpressed, stating, “I don’t like the halftime nonsense and all that. It’s usually artists I don’t like.”
