Hailey Bieber says she’s experienced ‘some of the saddest hardest moments ever’ this year

Hailey Bieber takes gets vulnerable in her latest Instagram stories post.

Socialite Hailer Bieber gets emotional in her recent post to her Instagram Stories this Thursday. She hopes to be fully transparent about her mental well-being recently and promote emotional transparency.

She first reposted a video meant as a joke, of an animated cat named Noodles dancing to SNL’s parody song, ‘Big Boy’.

“This is how my mental state feels after the last month and a half,” she captioned the video.

“I like to make jokes about how I feel because sometimes it’s easier than admitting I’m having a hard time,” Bieber wrote in a heartfelt message right after sharing the post.

“But truthfully since 2023 started I have had some of the saddest, hardest moments I’ve ever had in my adult life and my mind and emotions have been fragile to say the least.”

Hailey Bieber encourages kindness on social media

Bieber is evidently tired of the negativity swirling on social media and is actively speaking out against it. In the same series of messages on her Instagram Stories, she encouraged her audience to keep supporting one another.

“That being said, let’s keep being there for one another,” she began.

“Let’s be there for loved ones and friends and family and strangers. Let’s just be there for people… let’s keep showing up for each other even when it’s hard. We’re better together 🤍”

The message clearly resonated with fans.

Hailey Bieber denies bullying rumors

Though not explicitly stated in her series of posts on her Instagram Stories, many suspect Bieber is responding to the hate she received lately after the public circulated a rumor that she was bullying her husband Justin Bieber’s ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez.

Both Bieber and Gomez have stated that these rumors are false. Gomez spoke out in March denying any feud between the two and told her audience to stop the negativity being directed towards Bieber.

“This isn’t what I stand for. No one should have to experience hate or bullying. I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop,” Gomez wrote on her Instagram Stories at the time.

Bieber later thanked Gomez for her proactive approach to the rumors. The two now follow each other on Instagram.
