Billie Eilish also had her moment in the spotlight, walking away with the Song of the Year award.
Nicki Minaj was honored with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, a true testament to her lasting impact on the music world. Meanwhile, the legendary Red Hot Chili Peppers were crowned with the prestigious Global Icon Award, a recognition well-deserved.
