Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler reveal their nicknames for each other

The long-time friends started calling each other strange, affectionate nicknames over the years.

Update:
The long-time friends started calling each other strange, affectionate nicknames over the years.

Jennifer Aniston met Adam Sandler when they were in their early 20s, and the two have been friends ever since. The pair, who are promoting their new movie, ‘Murder Mystery 2′, said in an interview that they have fun pet names for each other to keep things interesting on set.

Aniston and Sandler made their first movie, ‘Just Go With It’, in 2011, and then the original ‘Murder Mystery’ much later in 2019. The much-anticipated sequel is available Friday, March 31.

What are Aniston and Sandler’s nicknames for each other?

While talking to Entertainment Tonight, Aniston and Sandler used the nicknames they have for each other, “Anaburger” and “Sandalman”.

Aniston asked her ‘Murder Mystery’ co-star what he liked most about working with her.

“[What is the] best part of being my onscreen partner?” she asked.

“Well, you certainly have a way about making life fun on the set,” Sandler responded. “You’re caring. You care about how I’m doing. If I’m enjoying my life. If I’m healthy. You do things to make my beard smell better.”

“When we do kissing scenes, you wait to go into the other room to scream ‘what the hell was that?’”

“And that’s it, that’s all I got for you, Anaburger,” the ‘Just Go With It’ actor laughed.

Alright, Sandalman,” Aniston responded, rolling her eyes.

Jennifer Aniston on the Jimmy Fallon show

Last week while Aniston was on ‘The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ she revealed how she takes care of Sandler while the two are on set together.

“I very much love to take care of him,” Aniston told Fallon. “He’s so concerned with taking care of everybody else, which he really does. And he doesn’t take care of himself.”

I’m sorry to call you out on national television, Adam,” Aniston said, sorry-not-sorry. “But you have to know this.”
