After Jamie Foxx provided an update on his health, Kevin Hart did so as well during a recent podcast interview.

Hart gives update on Foxx’s health

Hart appeared on Logan Paul’s ‘Impaulsive’ podcast and said that Foxx is improving after a still undisclosed “medical complication” sent him to hospital last month.

“The dope thing is that he’s getting better in his situation, and you know, everybody’s prayers, everybody’s love, energy — all that stuff is seen and felt,” Hart said.

“So in this case, man, you just want the guy to get out of the situations and then get back home.”

Hart remained steadfast in his desire to remain vague about what exactly happened to Foxx, adding that he was doing so out of respect for Foxx and his family.

He also added that he didn’t know the exact details of what was going on.

“To my knowledge is there’s a lot of progression and a world of betterment,” said Hart.

“So you know, my love, synergy, energy goes out to him. He’s needed, he’s necessary. I know that he knows that, and I know that he feels that, because there’s been an outcry, an outpour, of support in this regard. So I can only hope that it continues.”

Foxx provided his own update on Wednesday

Hart’s comments come after Foxx gave fans an update of his own, letting them know he was doing well and that he’s heard all their well-wished.

The actor shared a post on his Instagram account with the caption: “Appreciate all the love!!! Feeling blessed.”

He also shared an Instagram story via the account of his daughter, Corinne Fox, which revealed Nick Cannon will be filling in for him on ‘Beat Shazam’, a musical game show Foxx has hosted since 2017, while he recovers.

“Appreciate ya my boy @nickcannon. See you all soon,” he wrote, as he looks to get back to his hosting duties as quickly as possible.

Foxx was rushed to hospital back on April 12 due to an unknown medical emergency, with no further details released since the incident.

The medical emergency resulted in canceled filming days for Foxx’s upcoming film, ‘Back In Action’, which also stars Cameron Diaz.
