Kim Kardashian making tough decision after Kanye West attacks

In recent months, Kanye West has dominated headlines once again, following a new series of antisemitic remarks and controversial statements that led to his ban from X (formerly Twitter). Now reinstated on the platform, West has turned his attention to his ex-wife Kim Kardashian, with whom he shares four children: North, Chicago, Saint, and Psalm.

In one of his latest posts, Ye accused Kardashian of “prostituting” their children.

“Kim Kardashian is a sex trafficker. I don’t like that Twigs put my daughter in her video dressed like an adult. I would have expected more from Twigs,” West wrote, referencing Childlike Things, a recent collaboration between North and FKA Twigs.

Tate brothers and Kanye raise security concerns

Sources familiar with the situation told TMZ that human trafficking concerns were brought up last week during an emergency mediation session – but in relation to people close to Kanye, not Kim.

Reports indicate that Kardashian refused to let North visit her father after security guards informed her that Andrew and Tristan Tate were expected to be present.

Kim has also reportedly questioned Ye’s decision to release ‘LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE’, a song featuring their daughter North and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. The rapper and producer is currently in custody and facing federal charges, including conspiracy to commit racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution.

Kim considering full custody of their four children

According to TMZ, the situation has pushed Kardashian to explore legal options, including petitioning a judge for full custody and revoking West’s shared custody rights.

Meanwhile, West himself has taken to X, publicly declaring his intention to seek sole custody of their children.

“AS A FATHER I WILL NO LONGER DISTRACT MYSELF FROM MY RESPONSIBILITY TO TRULY AND ACTUALLY PROTECT MY ACTUAL CHILDREN.

“ITS TIME GO AND GET FULL CUSTODY WHICH WILL METAKING THEM OUT OF THE HANDS OF DISNEY SIERRA CANYON PAWN CELEBRITY PARENTS AND THE KARDASHIAN KLAN AND MAMA KRISS WHO SIGNED FOR THE SEX TAPE IM NOT THE CRAZY ONE HEREIM THEY FATHER IM CONTROLLING WHAT THEY WATCH WHAT THEY WEAR AND WHERE TO GO TO SCHOOL,” he wrote in all caps.

He likes all caps.

The divorce agreement and its potential fallout

In November 2022, Kim and Kanye finalized their divorce, agreeing to joint custody with “equal access” to their four children. However, despite what the legal documents state, reports indicate that Kim has had primary custody for most of the time.

The settlement also required West to pay Kardashian $200,000 per month in child support. Additionally, he is responsible for 50% of their children’s education costs, including tuition, and 50% of their security expenses.

The agreement stipulates that any disputes regarding the children must be resolved through mediation - a clause that may now be tested as their battle over custody escalates.
