Kylie Jenner says she regrets face fillers

Kylie Jenner is no longer keeping quiet about her cosmetic surgeries. The reality TV star has been secretive about the procedures she has had done in the past, but initially admitted she had temporary lip fillers in 2015.

Just last week in an interview, Jenner addressed rumors that she’s had an abundant number of surgical procedures on her face. Now she’s explaining how she regrets all of her cosmetic alterations.

Setting beauty standards

“All of us just need to have a bigger conversation about the beauty standards that we’re setting,” Jenner, 25, tells her sisters in one scene.

She then goes on to explain how her views on procedures have changed since becoming a mother. Jenner has a five-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son.

“I don’t want my daughter to do the things I did,” Jenner adds.

Later in the clip, she’s seen speaking with long-time friend Stassie Karanikolaou and admits, “I wish I never touched anything to begin with.”

Doesn’t regret lip fillers

But the conversation about cosmetic procedures doesn’t end there. Earlier this month, she also addressed her face in an interview with HommeGirls.

“I think a big misconception about me is that I’ve had so much surgery on my face and that I was some insecure person, and I really wasn’t!” she said in her interview.

“I got lip filler, and it was the best thing I’ve ever done,” she added. “I don’t regret it. But I always thought I was cute.”

Speculation of further cosmetic work

However, social media was quick to react to Jenner’s comments, not entirely believing that she has only had injectable fillers.

“We have eyes but ok,” one user wrote replying to a Tweet containing Jenner’s quote to the magazine.

Another user said, “Kylie Jenner told a lie on this day. i don’t get the point in lying about things people can see with their own eyes. no one cares girl.”

However, Jenner has maintained that the only face alteration she has done is injectable fillers over the years. In 2019, she rejected the speculation that she’s had major cosmetic surgery done once again.

“People think I fully went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false,” she said at the time. “They don’t understand what good hair and makeup and, like, fillers, can really do.”

She confirmed, “It’s fillers. I’m not denying that.”
