Ahead of the ninth edition of the Latin American Music Awards, we bring you the lowdown on how to watch the ceremony on TV or stream it online.
One of the most important nights of the year for Latin music has arrived. Today, Thursday 25 April 2024, Nevada hosts the ninth edition of the Latin American Music Awards.
The ceremony, which recognizes the best releases of the year in the genre, will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, and will be co-hosted by four major stars in the industry: Becky G, Thalía, Alejandra Espinoza and Carlos Ponce.
Who is nominated for the 2024 Latin AMAs?
Featuring a total of 76 artists, the list of nominees for the 2024 Latin AMAs is led by Feid and Peso Pluma, who have 12 nods each, including in the most important categories: Artist of the Year, Song of the Year and Album of the Year.
Bad Bunny and Grupo Frontera boast 11 nominations each, while Karol G (nine), Shakira (nine), Eslabón Armado (eight) and Fuerza Regida (eight) are also among the most nominated.
In addition to the 76 artists vying to win a competitive Latin AMA, the ceremony will also recognise three other figures in the Latin music world, by presenting them with honorary, career-achievement gongs.
Banda MS and Ricardo Montaner will receive the Latin AMA Legacy Award, while Yandel will be presented with the Latin AMA Pioneer Award.
2024 Latin AMAs: time, streaming, TV
The 2024 Latin American Music Awards begin at 8 pm ET/5 pm PT, one hour after the stars are due to start appearing on the red carpet.
TV viewers in the United States will be able to watch the gala on Univisión, UNIMÁS and Galavisión, and can stream it on the online platform ViX.

What would music awards ceremonies be without a host of star-studded live performances? As the awards progress, the ceremony will feature acts from various artists, including Peso Pluma, Justin Quiles, DJ Deorro, Farruko, Jay Wheeler, Yng Lvcas and Gabito Ballesteros.
