The property belongs to Dean Fay and his wife, Sonia, who have two daughters and are closely linked to the audiovisual industry. The family has even worked with Neeson before.

In the video, the owner receives a call from Neeson, who expresses interest in buying the house and urges him to act quickly before someone else snatches it up. In true Hollywood style, Neeson then shows up at the home—despite not knowing the address. Although Neeson didn’t physically appear in the video, his voice was used, and a body double stood in for him with the face concealed for credibility.

What’s most curious about the project is Neeson’s payment: berries. Apparently, the actor is grateful to his neighbors for providing him with fresh berries for his breakfast yogurts when he stays in Mulgrave for filming.
