Michael B. Jordan destroys his half-million-dollar Ferrari
The actor crashed his luxurious sports car into a Kia parked on Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood as the police have explained.
On the night of Saturday, 2 December, Michael B. Jordan was involved in a car incident. As confirmed by Page Six, the 36-year-old actor, renowned for his roles in films such as ‘Creed III’ and ‘Wakanda Forever,’ collided his luxurious Ferrari with a parked Kia. According to a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), as reported by the aforementioned source, there was a “traffic collision of a vehicle into a parked vehicle” which occurred between Sunset Boulevard and North Beachwood Drive in Hollywood, around 11:34 p.m. local time. The incident did not result in injuries, and no one was arrested.
Jordan’s high-spec Ferrari 812GTS smashed
Officials stated that there was no need for a sobriety test for the actor, as there was “no evidence of DUI” (Driving Under the Influence). The owner of the Kia chose not to press charges against Jordan, as all parties involved exchanged their respective information to address the damages privately.
Once the registration of the Ferrari under Jordan’s name became official, images of the extensively damaged luxury sports car went viral on media and social platforms, revealing the actor’s Ferrari, a model 812GTS valued at nearly $430,000, completely destroyed on the right side, according to Car & Driver.
Regarding the parked car, it has been reported to be a blue Kia, and the left side was reportedly completely dented, with “metal debris hanging after the impact,” according to Page Six. Currently, it has not been confirmed whether the owner of the Kia was inside the vehicle or present at the time of the incident.
The actor and Hollywood resident have not commented on the matter at this time.
