The Premios Lo Nuestro 2023 awards show is coming up, and the performance lineup has finally been announced, with more reveals to come. Singing superstar Paulina Rubio, who has two nominations for this year’s Premios Lo Nuestro, is set to headline the event along with Sebastián Yatra, with 10 nominations.

The 35th Premios Lo Nuestro, which is the most established Latin music awards show and widely celebrated among Spanish-language music lovers, will be held at the Miami Dade Arena in Florida on February 23. Viewers can stream the show on Univision at 8 pm central time.

Golden Girl Paulina Rubio to host

Premios Lo Nuestro announced “La Chica Dorada”, which means “Golden Girl”, Paulina Rubio is set to headline the 2023 awards show.

“The Golden Girl, @paulinarubio, will give us a WORLD PREMIERE during the 35th installment of #PremioLoNuestro,” the English translation of the post reads.

Who is set to perform Premios Lo Nuestro 2023

The ceremony will be hosted by Paulina Rubio and Sebastián Yatra, and both are set to debut new songs for the celebration. Rubio has a new single, and Yatra is set to release his much-anticipated new track ‘Un Cumbión Dolido’ February 16, just a week before the show. Tini, nominated for Remix of the Year, will join him onstage to perform their newly-released collaboration ‘Por el Resto de Tu Vida’.

In a statement from the event organizers, Spanish-language music fans learn what to expect for the evening, including a duet by Premios Lo Nuestro veteran Christian Nodal and Tini.

“Regional Mexican star Christian Nodal will deliver the TV debut of his soon-to-be-released single ‘Un Cumbión Dolido’,” the statement said. “Then Argentine Pop sensation Tini will join him for the unforgettable TV premiere of their most recent collaboration ‘Por el Resto de Tu Vida’.”

Nodal has seven nominations this year, and has picked up eight lifetime Premios Lo Nuestro awards.

Viewers can anticipate further musical excellence, with this year’s Premios Lo Nuestro featuring Gloria Trevi’s first ever televised performance and a performance by Prince Royce, El Alfa, La Adictiva, and Lupita Infante.
