Raquel Leviss’ family are speaking out after receiving death threats over her affair with Tom Sandoval.

A rep told TMZ that they have received “violent and graphic” threats, whether they be online or over the phone.

One threat stated they would tear the reality star “limb from limb”, while another threatened to “unalive and dump the body.”

“FBI neither confirms nor denies investigations. Obviously, we review all allegations reported to us and encourage anyone who believes their life is in imminent danger to call 911,” a spokesperson for the FBI told TMZ.

The news comes following word that Raquel has been in a long-term facility seeking treatment for her mental health since April after facing backlash for her affair with Sandoval.

Leviss hasn’t been active on social media since apologizing on social media, but did claim that her Instagram was hacked since she entered treatment.

Since then, her team has assumed control of the account and highlighted mental health causes.

Leviss and Sandoval’s affair

News of the affair broke on March 1, when Ariana Madix was supporting Sandoval at a concert for his cover band, Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras, at TomTom in West Hollywood.

“I found a screen recording of them on FaceTime. It was literally from the night before,” Madix told her castmates on the Season 10 finale of ‘Pump Rules’.

Since then, Sandoval and Leviss have broken up, though Madix isn’t convinced things are completely done between the two.

“I don’t buy that at all. She was sending letters to my house like four days ago,” she told Andy Cohen on ‘Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen’.

“I just brought in the mail, saw it, put it on the table and walked away.”

As for Madix, it looked as though she had recently moved out of the home she shares with Sandoval. However, that was refuted a day later after it was revealed it was all part of a sponsored brand partnership with financial services company SoFi.
