With the whole world excited for Rihanna’s return to the stage, it wasn’t just her performance that enticed the crowd. The singer who has her own makeup line, lingerie company, and high fashion brand, was sure not to disappoint with her outfit choice for the show as well.

The singer wore a show-stopping all-red outfit. The look was comprised of a bright red coverall, a tight red top with a metal breastplate, and finished off with red sneakers all in the same shade.

She also complimented the look with a matching bright red lip, similar to the makeup look worn several days earlier at the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime show press conference.

The long-awaited look

The few weeks leading up to Rihanna’s highly anticipated show required the star at several different pre-Super Bowl events, where she showcased numerous looks getting fans excited for her final halftime performance outfit.

At the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime show press conference, just days before the main event, the artist gave us a gorgeous Alaïa Spring 2023 collection look. The outfit consisted of an oversized, off-the-shoulder, shearling trimmed moto jacket and crocodile-print jacquard split skirt.

The off-the-shoulder look was paired with no shirt underneath only what we assume is a Savage x Fenty bra from the singer and designer. She also paired the ensemble with custom-made Gianvito Rossi lace-up thigh-high heels.

Finally, she finished her last look before the big show with large silver and diamond hoop earrings, a two-piece diamond ring from Messika Jewelry, and a silver chain choker. To add color to her look, she opted for bright red lips and matching red nails.

The backup dancers

While the singer looked showstopping, her backup dancers complimented the look by dressing in all-white. The dancers’ outfits included baggy white sweatpants, a puffy white coat with a hood, and matching white sneakers. Her female dancers also wore a dark purple lipstick color, likely a shade from her stars’ very own collection.
