Taylor Swift could make history at Billboard Music Awards 2023: complete list of nominees
Swifties, as well as fans of SZA, The Weeknd, Bad Bunny, Peso Pluma and many more will be tuned in to see who picks up the coveted awards.
Less than a month away from the 2023 Billboard Music Awards ceremony, the nominated or finalist artists have been revealed, with Taylor Swift leading the pack with 20 nominations. Following closely behind Taylor are Morgan Wallen and SZA, both with 17 nominations. The Weeknd has accumulated 16 nominations, while Drake and Zach Bryan have garnered 14 nominations.
Regarding the most nominated Latin artists, Bad Bunny and Peso Pluma are in contention in six categories, whereas Eslabón Armado and Karol G have received five nominations.
Taylor Swift targets Billboard history
The pop sensation, who boasts 20 nominations, could enter the record books on November 19 as the most decorated artist in the history of the Billboard Music Awards. Presently, Swift holds 29 awards, while the record stands at 34, achieved by Drake.
Furthermore, Taylor has the opportunity to break Drake’s record for the most Billboard Music Awards won in a single night. The Canadian rapper received 13 awards at the 2017 edition. Can Taylor Swift surpass this feat? How many awards will she take home from her 20 nominations?
