Taylor Swift is carrying on with business as usual — stunning her fans with epic performances night after night — though the singing superstar made a few subtle changes to put on her new, post-breakup self Thursday night in Tampa.

The Tampa show was her first performance since the news of her breakup with Joe Alwyn, her boyfriend of six years, emerged on April 8. The couple reportedly split a few weeks before that, and it was initiated by Swift.

Subtle song changes and a new style

Though she wore her usual ease along with sequinced gowns, jumpsuits, cowboy hats, and boots throughout the show, Swift did step out and tried a few new things throughout the evening.

At one point, Swift slyly let the audience in on her state of mind. The crew were having technical difficulties, and Swift took the opportunity to address her audience.

“So we have a lot to catch up on, don’t we?” the ‘Midnights’ singer said into the microphone.

One of the songs, ‘Invisible String’, that is speculated to be about her romance with Alwyn, notably did not make the setlist, with ‘The 1′ making the cut instead — a change she had made in Texas following her breakup.

Swift also sang a song she and Alwyn co-wrote about a woman rejecting a man’s proposal, called ‘Champagne Problems’, to which her fans demonstrated an extra show of support with a standing ovation.

Oh, so you’re the best crowd, huh?” Swift said, smiling at her fans. “Okay, love you guys!”

Swift steps up her style

Swift didn’t just express her heart through her music and interactions with the crowd — she did it through fashion. The star exhibited four never-before-seen costumes on Thursday night.

Swift wore an incredible rose-pink Elie Saab gown, adorned with sequins, lace, and flowers, when she sang her song ‘Enchanted’, and rocked an earthy, green flowing dress for the Folklore era.

When it was time for the ‘1989′ era, Swift wore an orange, two-piece shimmering miniskirt and top, and a stunning long, yellow dress for her surprise songs, ‘Speak Now’ and ‘Treacherous.’
