‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem’ cast revealed at Kids’ Choice Awards

The full voice cast for the upcoming ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ has been revealed along with a new teaser.

The cast for ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem’ has been revealed and it’s packed with fan favorites. Seth Rogen who is producing the upcoming CG-Animated ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ used the Kids’ Choice Awards stage to unveil the cast.

The official cast

Micah Abbey, Shamon Brown Jr., Nicolas Cantu, and Brady Noon will voice the roles of Donatello, Michelangelo, Leonardo, and Raphael. This group was announced by Rogen, who has taken on both producing and voice actor roles for the film.

As well, Hannibal Buress will play Genghis Frog, Rose Byrne as Leatherhead, John Cena as Rocksteady, Ice Cube as Superfly, Natasia Demetriou as Wingnut, Ayo Edebiri as April O’Neil, Giancarlo Esposito as Baxter Stockman, Post Malone as Ray Fillet, Paul Rudd as Mondo Gecko, Maya Rudolph as Cynthia Utrom and Rogen as Bebop.

While Jeff Rowe, known for his work as a writer on the TV series ‘Gravity Falls’ and ‘Disenchantment’ will be directing the upcoming film. According to IMDb, Kyler Spears who directed the TV series ‘Amphibia’ will also hold a codirector role.

Alongside the unveiling of the cast, there was also a new teaser for the movie shown during the award show.

Soon after the segment aired live, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Twitter account promises an official trailer dropping 2 days later on Monday, March 6, 2023.

They also went on to post the full cast in following-up tweets for anyone who missed the live broadcast.

The movie’s premise

The film is described as picking up as the turtle brothers set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers by performing heroic acts that they hope will get the accepted as normal teenagers. After they take on a mysterious crime with the help of new friend April O’Neil, they find themselves in over their heads when a mutant army is unleashed.

The film is set to be released on August 4, 2023, in theaters.
