The Shakira-Piqué contract clause that affects Clara Chía

The new agreement between the singer and the soccer star has implications for their children and the new couple.

Shakira and Gerard Piqué's relationship continues to evolve despite their official separation at the end of last year. Both remain inherently linked due to their shared history and, of course, their two children, necessitating ongoing discussions about the division of time spent with the youngsters. Recent developments, as reported by MDZ, reveal a new agreement that places Clara Chía, the ex-Barcelona player’s new partner, in an unfavourable position.

Child limitations from Shakira pact

Following several months of legal disputes, the former couple reached an accord regarding child support, living arrangements, and holiday plans for their offspring. While it was decided that Milan and Sasha would reside in Miami with their mother, there were lingering points of disagreement.

In accordance with the provided information, the agreement dictates that the children will reside in the United States with the Colombian singer, who will assume responsibility for their education, healthcare, and day-to-day caregiving needs. Piqué, on the other hand, will have the opportunity to visit his children every ten days and will be given priority for upcoming vacations.

However, the most noteworthy aspect of the contract, as outlined by MDZ, appears to pertain to Clara Chía. Allegedly, the current partner of the former footballer will not be permitted to spend time with Milan and Sasha. Consequently, Piqué will not be able to utilise his trips to the United States to coordinate plans involving his children and his girlfriend simultaneously. This decision reportedly stemmed from Piqué's previous decision to bring the children to his brother Marc’s wedding, leading to their first encounter with Chía.

Despite Shakira’s initial refusal and the subsequent return of the children to Miami, this new agreement seeks to prevent any further complications.
