The unfortunate last words Sean "Diddy" Combs said he'd like to say before he dies that haven't aged well

The rapper has been embroiled in a series of federal investigations, with his desired last words now looking very unfortunate.

Almost ten years before his arrest, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs revealed what he’d like his last words to be before he dies, and it‘s safe to say they haven’t aged well.

The rapper was recently charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Onto his ‘last words’. During his appearance on “Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party” on VH1 back in 2017, the rapper sat alongside Martha Stewart, Snoop Dogg, La La Anthony and his former mentee Usher.

In the episode, the group played a game in which they each had to read a statement from a card and answer it. Diddy’s turn came, and so did his question: “When I die, I want my last words to be...

Diddy’s dream last words

“I did it” came Diddy’s response, to laughter and cheers from everyone in the room, except Usher. Of course, we cannot know what exactly Diddy meant when he finished off the open-ended sentence.

However, that has not stopped some, and social media has had its say on the video, which has resurfaced recently, with users raising eyebrows at the comment from Combs. As well as the online reaction, various news outlets have also given their take, with words such as ’creepy' and ‘haunting’ being used to describe his answer.

Usher first met Diddy back before the turn of the century, and the pair even lived together in New York when Usher was a teenager.

The ‘DJ Got Us Falling In Love’ singer has indeed spoken about the charges against his acquaintance, back in 2016: "It was pretty wild", Usher said about the parties. “It was crazy. There were very curious things taking place and I didn’t necessarily understand it”.

Rapper Curtis Jackson, better known as 50 Cent, has certainly been the loudest voice in the music world to speak out against Diddy, with the feud between the pair going back years. “He asked to take me shopping. I thought that was the weirdest s--- in the world because that might be something that a man says to a woman,” 50 Cent told The Hollywood Reporter in July 2024. “And I’m just like, ‘Naw, I’m not f------ with this weird energy or weird s---,’ coming off the way he was just moving. From that, I wasn’t comfortable around him.”
