What happened in Reacher season one?
Released in February 2022, Reacher season one was based on the book The Killing Floor, the first in Child’s series.
After arriving in the fictional town of Margrave, Georgia, Reacher is wrongly arrested for homicide when two men are found brutally murdered. After proving his innocence, he learns that one of the victims is his older brother, Joe. Teaming up with a pair of local police officers, Roscoe Conklin and Oscar Finley, Reacher uncovers a web of corruption in Margrave.
In terms of both viewership and critical reception, Reacher season one was a success. It scored 92% among TV critics on Rotten Tomatoes, and was the first ever Prime Video series to top Nielsen’s streaming rankings.
