It turns out the true athlete in the Beckham family might be soccer star David Beckham’s wife, Victoria Beckham.

The couple, who have been married for 23 years since making it official in July 1999 and have four children, Brooklyn Beckham, who is 24-years-old and is married to Nicola Peltz, Romeo James Beckham, 20 years old, Cruz David, who is 18, and 11-year-old daughter Harper Seven, keep their marriage strong by working out and keeping things light.

The at-home workout competition

The Spice Girls alum posted a peek into the couple’s at-home workout to Instagram on Saturday, making a joke that her husband looks great — without doing much.

“While one of us works really hard… the other one looks great not doing much,” Victoria Beckham wrote in the caption, tagging Bobby Rich, their personal trainer.

How do the Beckhams work out?

The couple couldn’t look more posh in their workout snap. The soccer pro does his floor stretches and has a massage gun handy should a pulled muscle occur.

Meanwhile, the little black Gucci dress fanatic took a selfie in the mirror from the stair climber with her husband spotting her closeby.

Victoria Beckham changes her stripes

Victoria seems to have changed her mind about her workout preferences, because in 2017 she told the Sunday Times that she would rather work out by herself.

“[It’s] really the only time in the day I get to myself,” the singer entrepreneur said. “No one comes into the gym, no one follows me in there with a laptop.

If I’m standing in the kitchen for too long, then laptops will come floating in my direction,” Beckham explained. “Someone always wants something approved, something signed off.”

“Other than the children, no one dares come into the gym.”
