Who is Asantewa Chitty, new Real Madrid signing Jude Bellingham’s girlfriend?

Jude Bellingham is officially a Real Madrid player, with the club announcing on Wednesday that they had a completed the signing of the England international for an initial €103 million ($111.3 million). The ex-Borussia Dortmund star has signed a six-year deal at Estadio Santiago Bernabéu as Los Blancos prepare for a long-term future without Luka Modric and Toni Kroos.

Bellingham won’t make the move to the Spanish capital alone, of course. While father and agent Mark, mother Denise and younger brother Jobe, also a promising soccer player, have been by Jude’s side every step of the way, girlfriend Asantewa Chitty has come into the midfielder’s life more recently and has been spotted in the stands on several occasions, most notably when she made the trip to Qatar to see England play in the 2022 World Cup.

Who is Asantewa Chitty?

22-year-old Chitty is a professional model and lifestyle influencer, who is of Turkish and Ghanian heritage but grew up in the United Kingdom. Chitty and Bellingham started dating in 2022, with sources close to the player revealing they are still in the process of getting to know each other but are very happy with how things are going.

Chitty’s social media stardom

As well as strutting her stuff on the catwalk, Chitty has also become something of a social media star. She has over 23,300 followers on Instagram despite only having shared 26 photos in which she shows off a variety of different outfits.

And she’s made even more of an impression on TikTok, with her clips amassing almost 28 million views and over 2.3 million ‘likes’. She mainly posts about her travels, gives hotel reviews and shares makeup tips on that particular platform.

However, the couple have opted to shield their relationship from the public so far, having not shared any photos together on social media.
