Don Cheadle will play James “Rhodey” Rhodes/War Machine, but as the President’s right-hand man. This will mark Cheadle’s ninth MCU appearance and he’s also slated to appear in ‘Armor Wars’.
Cobie Smulders is set to return as Maria Hill, Fury’s right-hand woman. This is her eighth MCU appearance.
Everett K. Ross is a CIA agent played by Martin Freeman. This is his fourth MCU appearance.
Ben Mendelsohn played Talos, a Skrull general, in ‘Captain Marvel’. He will assist Nick Fury in uncovering the evil Skrulls.
‘Games of Thrones’ star Emilia Clarke joins the MCU as G’iah, Talos’ daughter. G’iah previously appeared in ‘Captain Marvel’ as a child, but will now be portrayed as an adult Skrull.
Clarke refers to her character as a “refugee kid” who gives off a “punk feeling”.

Jackson described Coleman’s character as being “coldblooded” and “somebody you’ve never seen her play before”.
