Fans of Taylor Swift can enjoy the singer’s new Eras Tour Concert Film from Thursday in theaters in the United States and Canada. The concert film was originally scheduled to premiere on Friday the 13th, but as the release date drew near, the singer announced a surprise change in the release, moving it back a day, with showtimes beginning Thursday at 6:00 p.m.

“Look what you genuinely made me do: Due to unprecedented demand we’re opening up early access showings of The Eras Tour Concert Film on THURSDAY in America and Canada!! As in… TOMORROW,” the singer shared on Instagram.

“We’re also adding additional showtimes Friday and throughout the weekend. All tickets will be available by 10am tomorrow morning. And it’ll be showing starting Friday in 90 countries all over the world,” Swift added.

The ‘Cruel Summer’ singer ended her post by thanking her fans for wanting to see this film which “so vividly captures my favorite adventure I’ve ever been a part of: The Eras Tour. And the best part is, it’s an adventure we’re still on together”.

The Eras Tour Concert movie could gross up to $125 million on its debut

Before the added schedules, The Eras Tour Concert film was projected to gross a staggering $100 million to $125 million upon its debut at the domestic box office.

Additionally, the film could raise between $30 to $50 million internationally, raising its estimated worldwide debut to between $150 and $175 million.

According to the film’s official distributor, AMC Theatres, as of last Thursday, The Eras Tour Concert film had already surpassed $100 million in advance ticket sales worldwide.

According to information from the IMDb portal, the film, which is directed by Sam Wrench, will have a duration of 2 hours and 48 minutes. The movie focuses on the shows which Swift performed during the six dates at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles between 3-9 August.
