Looking for ‘Waiting Room’ by Phoebe Bridgers on Spotify? You might be waiting a long time.

The song, recorded way back in 2015 when she was just 16, has been pulled from the popular music streaming service. What’s not clear is why it was taken off.

The powerfully emotional track was not released on any of the singer-songwriter’s studio albums, instead being included on a 2015 compilation curated by Lost Ark Studios.

Compilations are always more susceptible to rights’ issues (hence why you don’t get classic chill-out compilations like the Café del Mar albums on streaming services), so it could be that. Some have also noticed that Lost Ark Studios is noted as temporarily closed on Google, so that might be the cause.

Whatever is the reason behind it though, the song isn’t there.

Clicking on that “Got it” has got to hurt for Phoebe Bridgers fans that love the song.
