Aldi to close all stores on Easter Sunday

If you are planning to do some feasting on March 31, Easter Sunday, it would be best if you avoided doing last-minute grocery shopping to prepare for your holiday meal. Aldi, one of the most popular grocery stores in the United States, will be closed on that day.
The low-cost grocery chain closes all of its outlets on New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day every year. If you want to take advantage of the German discounter’s prices on Easter weekend, you just have to do your shopping a bit earlier, as they will have regular store hours on Saturday, March 30.
The retailer is frequented by more than a third of grocery store shoppers in the US and has more than 2,000 locations throughout the country, so its regulars must find another option to buy supplies at the end of the month.

Your best bet for buying what you need would be Walmart, which will be open for business during regular hours.
