We are now just about three months away from the start of an unprecedented World Cup, the first ever to be staged across three countries: the United States, Mexico and Canada. Now the Stars and Stripes have officially unveiled the uniforms they will wear at the 2026 tournament, where they will try to make history while taking advantage of home-field support.

“Gleaming. Glorious. Gallant.” Under that slogan, the USMNT revealed both its home and away kits for the 2026 World Cup, highlighting the team’s traditional white and red colors along with the stars that have long been central to the country’s symbolism.

“We are introducing a bold collection designed to capture the spirit, pride and ambition of American soccer. The collection includes two distinct jerseys, one with stars and one with stripes, along with a goalkeeper kit. Together, these pieces create a visual identity for the team as it prepares to compete on the global stage this summer, while also giving fans across the country a way to be part of this moment,” the federation said in describing the new designs.

“A national team jersey represents the pride of wearing the crest, not only for the players on the field, but also for the fans who support them every step of the way. With the 2026 FIFA World Cup drawing closer in the United States, we are excited to see players from our 27 national teams and supporters across the country wearing this uniform as we move toward an incredible moment for the sport,” U.S. Soccer chief commercial officer Dave Wright said.

The USMNT are expected to debut the new uniforms later this month in Atlanta, where they will face Belgium at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
