The secret to her strength and vigor? Her diet. As she once admitted, she maintains her longevity without strict diets, simply by respecting her mealtimes: “I eat six times a day.” Three main meals and three snacks to keep her energy up.

How she stays in shape
In addition to engaging in light but consistent physical exercise and staying active throughout the day, Carolina Herrera carefully tends to her diet, which is the source of her vitality and well-being.
