The health professional has shared a video on TikTok in which he explains the benefits of taking creatine consistently for 47 days.
In the health and wellness world, creatine has established itself as one of the most popular nutritional supplements, especially due to its many benefits related to physical performance, muscular strength, and post-exercise recovery.
However, over time, many people have expressed distrust toward this naturally occurring organic compound because of alleged negative side effects. Kidney damage, hair loss, or excessive fat gain were some of the supposed consequences. After extensive research and analysis, these claims were shown to be unfounded.
As a result, many health professionals now recommend daily creatine intake. One of them is David Céspedes. The longevity expert, who is also a content creator on social media, shared a TikTok video detailing the benefits of taking this supplement continuously for 47 days.
“If you took creatine for 47 days, this is what would happen to your body,” the health professional explains. “After one week, you would start to notice more energy. You could do a couple of extra reps without getting out of breath. After two weeks, your mind would feel clearer, your mood more stable, and you would experience less fatigue and greater focus.”
After one month, the changes become more noticeable. “You would see a real jump in strength and much faster recovery. Less muscle soreness and a stronger desire to stay active,” he explains.
Finally, as he announced at the beginning of the video, David Céspedes reveals what would happen if the habit is maintained “through day 47.”
“You would see a complete transformation, more muscle mass, less fat, and a constant feeling of energy,” he concludes.

The video, which accumulated more than 1.3 million views, around sixty thousand likes, and hundreds of comments in just a few hours, has drawn the attention of many users. Many of them shared their personal experiences with creatine, most of which were negative.
“I have been taking it for two months and noticed nothing,” “It makes me feel fatigued,” “It caused stomach pain and bloating, so I stopped,” “I had kidney problems at 25 in my case,” or “I took creatine for one day, and shortly after I started getting a lot of acne on my back. I had never had acne before” are just some of the many reactions found in the comments.
