Donald Trump insists on his innocence

Through Truth Social and after sharing that his lawyers had informed him of the indictment against him, Trump shared a message in which he proclaimed his innocence.

I never thought it possible that something like this could happen to a former president of the United States, who received many more votes than any sitting president in the history of our country, and currently leads by far all candidates, both Democratic and Republican, in polls for the 2024 Presidential Election. I AM AN INNOCENT MAN!”, he posted.

Meanwhile, it was reported on Friday that two of Trump’s lawyers had resigned. The former president told Truth Social that he will be represented by attorney Todd Blanche.

“In order to fight the greatest witch hunt of all time, which will now move to Florida courts, I will be represented by Todd Blanche, Esq., and a firm to be named later. I want to thank Jim Trusty and John Rowley for their work, but they were faced with a very dishonest, corrupt, evil and “sick” group of people, the likes of which have never been seen before. We will be announcing additional attorneys in the coming days”, he shared.
