Food Stamps: Who receives SNAP payments between July 14-20 in the US?
Some American citizens are still waiting to receive their SNAP benefits for July on their EBT. Here’s when and where they’ll be coming this week.
Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, formerly known as food stamps, are a form of federal assistance designed to help low-income or no-income individuals and families purchase nutritious food.
Although it’s a federal program, SNAP is administered by the state, which is why payment dates vary across the country. The financial assistance is given to beneficiaries in all 50 states, Washington D.C., and overseas territories like Guam and Puerto Rico.
In the most states, SNAP benefit payments should, in theory, have come through at some point during the first two weeks of July. However, some American citizens who receive food stamps are still waiting to get their SNAP benefits on their EBT. They are on their way, though.

In which states will SNAP benefits be sent from July 14-20?
22 states, as well as Puerto Rico, will be sending SNAP payments this week, although some could run through until the end of next week (Sunday July 28). Here’s when to expect them if you haven’t already got them.
