Free coffee at Whataburger on June 20: Here’s how to get your free drink

This June 20, the northern hemisphere will receive the first solstice of the year, marking the beginning of summer. To celebrate the arrival of the warm weather, in addition to announcing its new beverage, the hamburger chain Whataburger will be giving away iced coffee to its customers.

“Whataburger fans can caffeinate their way through the day with the most sunlight,” the company said in a statement. “Whataburger’s new Iced Coffee is made with a premium blend of 100% Arabica beans from Colombia, Honduras and Nicaragua, giving it the bold aroma of dark-roasted coffee. It has a vibrant finish with nutty, smoky, toasted flavor notes.”

According to the fast food chain, the free drinks will be 16oz iced coffee. Customers can choose between a black coffee or one of their new flavors, which are vanilla, caramel and mocha, but how can you get them?

All you have to do to receive your complimentary iced coffee is to go to one of the participating branches. You can request it at the counter or in the self-service area. The promotion also applies to online orders through the chain’s official app or its website. Third-party delivery apps, such as Uber, are not included in the promotion.
