The oppressive heat of summer can make it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Coupled with the high temperatures, mosquitoes’ incessant buzzing and biting can be a real nuisance. These pesky insects are drawn to us by the carbon dioxide we exhale and the various substances our skin releases. However, a simple solution to this problem is using a fan, which can provide a comforting breeze and keep mosquitoes at bay during those hot summer nights.

Some stand out, such as muscle rigidity and contractures, and it can also cause eye irritation and dry throat.
