Millie Bobby Brown’s new adventure away from the spotlight
The British actress begins a new stage in her life and does so by enrolling at the university where she will study social work.
Her character in the series Stranger Things made Millie Bobby Brown one of the young stars of the moment. The British actress has more than fifty-six million followers on social networks, a stratospheric figure that makes any film director, as well as some of the most powerful brands in the world, look at her for their upcoming projects. Despite this burgeoning career in the artistic world, however, the truth is that this young woman also seeks to project herself out of the limelight.
What’s next for Millie Bobby Brown?
Stepping away from the cameras and glare of Hollywood, Millie will soon begin a new ‘stage’ in her life that is similar to any 18-year-old, as the actress has enrolled in university where she will begin her studies in social work come September. The Brit will, though, carry out this adventure remotely so that this training does not interfere with her highly successful career. That’s right, there’s no need for her fans to panic too much.
“Your studies will provide you with basic knowledge in human development and family studies, skills to work with people in service agencies and program evaluation skills,” reads a statement from the university in question.
Millie assures us that her goal in life is not only to become a Hollywood star but also to help young people through various good practices that she herself carries out with a large legion of fans behind her.
“People may see it as pressure or fear, but I think that’s the most exciting part of my job,” she says. “Young people deserve an education. Young people all over the world deserve the same rights. You deserve to love the people you want to love. Be the person you want to be and achieve the dreams you want to achieve.”
