Paranormal investigator found dead while traveling with the cursed Annabelle doll
The New England Society for Psychic Research has confirmed the death of Dan Rivera shortly after completing a leg of his sold-out tour.

A paranormal investigation has been found dead while on tour with the New England Society for Psychic Research (NESPR).
Dan Rivera was a ‘handler’ for the infamous Annabelle doll that featured in the movie series ‘The Conjuring’. He died last weekend and his death was announced by the NESPR.
“Dan truly believed in sharing his experiences and educating people on the paranormal. His kindness and passion touched everyone who knew him,” a Facebook post read.
The 54-year-old’s cause of death has not yet been released. Decider reports that Rivera “has mysteriously passed away.”
He was touring with the Annabelle doll as part of his ‘Devils on the Run’ tour. The most recent stop was in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. It was there that his body was found in a hotel room.
Rivera gained national fame for his work on television programs covering all aspects of the paranormal. He starred in ‘Most Haunted Places’ on the Travel Channel. Rivera also helped to produce ‘28 Days Haunted’, a ghost-hunting show that aired in 2022.
